Uncle Bill was one of the sweetest, calmest men I’ve ever met. He had a great, but quiet sense of humor. You had to pay attention to not miss his wit! He was a dear uncle and I will miss his smiling eyes.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the death of “Uncle Willie.” I have very fond memories of him from my childhood visits to Gladstone with my family. May your many memories of his life bring you some measure of comfort during this most difficult time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember the great times we had as little kids. My mom alwasy felt so good about her family. She thought the world of everybody. She always called him willie. My mom is gone for three years this month and I will never stop missing her.

I cant wait to see her in heaven and what a glorious reunion they are having in heaven.

I will always have a special place in my heart for dear Bill. What a gentleman, such a model of integrity, honor, and a life lived for the Lord’s good pleasure. I share your loss, but rejoice that this is just a brief parting, until we all are reunited in the presence of the King. We are praying for all of his sweet family.

Dear Nancy, We are sorry to hear of your husband’s passing. I remember you from Bethel Baptist in Marquette from long ago. You also taught Sunday School in West Branch, I believe. Your family has left good memories—your Mom and Dad and their faithfulness, Adeline and Dorothy in the years I attended church with them, and your nephew and nieces. May God give you comfort in these difficult times. Your husband must have been a wonderful man and is now in the presence of our Lord. Our condolences to you and your family. Dear Nancy and family,

I am the daughter of Clarence and Bernice Swanson of Marquette. My husband and I were saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. Rejoicing, however, he is present with the Lord. I remember short, good times of visiting with him. We now live in Murfreesboro, TN. Lots of good memories with the Oman family. God Bless, with our love and prayers, Vince and Linda (Swanson) Luczak.
