Dear Ones: I am an OLD friend of the family, and was especially close to Charlotte for many years. I knew Bucky and all of you well when you were kids, as I lived on Mpls. Ave..for many years. I am so sorry to hear of Bucky’s passing and wish I were able to be there for you all. Bucky called me on the phone some time ago to congratulate me about the book I wrote, Northern Lights, about my grandmother. We had a nice talk and I was very happy to hear from him. My deepest condolenses to the entire family, especially Warren. I remember how hard it is to lose your father. My heart aches for all of you. Your dad was a very wonderful man, remember all the good times and cherish them. He will live forever in your hearts. As much as you are going to miss him, always remember that he’s not sick anymore. That won’t make you miss him any less, but it will help you deal with him being in heaven. Now we will have two “tributes” at the Waeghe weekend get together…for Babe and Bucky…God Bless you all and may you find comfort with your family close by your sides.
