Dear Rose and family,I have such wonderful memories as a child of Skip. Loved watching him and my Dad talking and planning projects, and having a beer. Sending loving healing prayers for all during this difficult time.

Skip….What a shock to learn of Skip Anderson’s passing. He was a Patriot I’d come to know as a member of the Patriot Guard Riders. My wife Dolly and I send our deepest condolences to Rose and the rest of Skip’s family.

Salute old friend.I will always remember our “Tinnockin” days and the many laughs. Thanks for storing my canarry yellow 55 Chev I rolled over down there when we worked the papermill.
Uncle Skip, I love you so much and I will never stop missing you. I could have never asked for a more wonderful uncle. To know you was to love you. I am so happy that I had you in my life for thirty-three years. You never judged us regardless of all of our flaws; you loved us for who we are. You opened your heart and home to everyone you met. You and Aunt Rose let me stay with you when my cross was too much to bear. I have been truly blessed. May you rest in peace dear Uncle. We will meet again someday in paradise. I love you.
Jesus is welcoming home one of His own; I miss you always Skip, the best oldest brother anyone could have had; I know you worry about Rose, but since we adopted her as a full fledged sister we will be sure to care for her too.. God received one of his best works when Skip came home from this earthly home; Skip has always impacted everyone he met; such a loving caring man, always be in my heart.. love you so much dear brother, and your passing so peacefully was a gift to remember your gentle soul! God, let him rest a bit from his long journey of his illness; I know all of our loved ones that have gone on before rejoice in his coming Home! I will love you always Skip, our hearts carry an empty spot where feelings of grief are, but soon a scar will form with your name on it; ‘bestest’ oldest brother in the world! All who knew you were blessed by just meeting you! Love you always! Lord, thank you for bringing my brother home peacefully at the end; our LOVE will continue as we carry on, but your physical presence will always be missed! Yet we all know you are in such peace and watching over us, (don’t fight with Elvis; not your fault you looked like him; and you can also sing! 🙂 (Skip would always make you laugh!) Love always dear brother! Always in my heart! You are missed so very much!!

Rest in peace my big brother. We will miss you forever! Heaven has got a new singer for the choir and you are probably their new DJ & doing your scary karaoke up there too! How wonderful for you to be met by Mom and Daddy and all those you loved that have gone before you. We will meet again soon my big brudder! Love you always and missing you so, until the day comes that you will meet me with your microphone in hand and your Elvis wig on! Love you and missing you always!

I am sorry to say that I never got a chance to meet Mr. Anderson, but I went to school with his sons. If you could judge a man by the men his sons became , Mr. Anderson must have been a spectacular person, because his sons are pretty amazing people! I am so sorry for your loss, but I just wanted you to know that he touched the life of a person he never even met. I feel lucky for knowing even a small portion of his family. I am sorry for your loss.
Our sympathy and hugs to Rose, Don and all the family. May God bless you all with His peace and comfort now and in the days and months ahead.
