Tristan S. Graham, age 34, of Gladstone, MI, passed away suddenly following a brief illness. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Graham family.

    I was very fond of Tristan . I will always remember his big beautiful smile. He will be missed. My deepest sympathies to his family.

    Even though I didn’t know Tristen he was a big part of my grandchildren’s lives and I know they were very fond of him. May he be resting peacefully.

    My brother and I grew up with Tristan. He was a incredible person to be around. Always a smile, always laughter. If you were his friend, you knew he would be there for you in good and also bad times. He was a extremely hard worker. Skilled. And was really smart. He will be missed by many, because he was loved by many. My heart goes out to his family at this time.

    I am so sorry to hear of Tristan’s passing. He was a student of mine many years ago. I always appreciated his respect and kindness. My thoughts and prayers are with all who loved him.

    Rip bud. Your gone but you will never be forgotten. Expecially by that beautiful babygirl of yours. I as part of her family will make sure that she won’t forget you.. prayers to the family..

    So sad when I see Harper’s little face but Joey will be there for her. I see him love and care for her everyday. She will miss you but she will have a loving, happy family. We will all watch over her and love her as much as possible.
