Stephanie “Sally” (Mauhar) Lapuszewski, age 86, of Traverse City (formerly of Ensign) died Wednesday afternoon September 12, 2007 at the Grand Traverse Pavilions in Traverse City following a lengthy illness.
Sally was born November 28, 1920 in Ensign Township to John and Slava (Stimac) Mauhar. She was raised in Ensign but left at the age of 18 to Lower Michigan where she resided in Detroit, Mancelona and Traverse City. She was united in marriage to Walter Lapuszewskion April 18, 1942. She was a longtime member of St. Anthony

It is sad how families drift apart. I remember my aunt Sally my Dad Antone ( TONY ) I saw her last when my dad was dying of lung cancer in 1975 in clarkston, Washington. She was fun and funny. I did not know her son my cousin Larry had passed also.I pray Gods peace to her at last, see is alive in heaven with our lord and savior.
