Ruby Amelia Sharkey, age 87, of Perkins, passed away early Wednesday morning, January 8, 2014, at the Christian Park Health Care Facility in Escanaba.
Ruby was born June 11, 1926, in Perkins, the daughter of Michael and Charlotte (Reynolds) Eagle. She was raised in Brampton and attended the Brampton and Perkins Schools. On September 4, 1947, Ruby was united in marriage to Kenneth Vincent Sharkey and together the couple made their home, raised their family and spent their entire lives in Perkins.
