Rodney Anderson started “Life’s Adventure” on June 15, 1953 along with his parents Walter and Lillian (Maki). Sharing the adventure with brothers Richard, Bob, Rodger, Tim, Jeff, Jerry, Randy, and his favorite sister Sandy. He was married 44 years to wife Molly (Nivison), is survived by four children Tara, Sarah, Helen, and Erick, and 7 grand children.

Rodney began his career with Alto Shaam in Menominee Falls, WI on the assembly line, and over 38 years he became Service Manager, traveled the world, and retired to the UP with wife Molly. He started hunting and fishing at a young age and continued to enjoy them throughout life, but his best times were spent at “Camp”.

On September 28, 2022, after a very full life, he has started his “Greatest Adventure”. Rodney passed at home surrounded by loved ones and will be joining departed family and friends. Have fun baby!

A Celebration of Rodney’s life will be held on Friday, October 7 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone.

    Molly and family , I am so sorry for your loss . I don’t have words that can I use to really express my feelings. He was truly loved and Rodney loved his family so very much. My his memory be enteral.

    My deepest sympathy to Molly and family. Rodney was a special person. Have so many fun and crazy memories of our high school days. May you find peace and comfort in the days aheaf.

    So sorry for your loss. I worked with Rodney for many years at Alto-Shaam. He was such a kind person and full of fun. We had many good laughs together and enjoyed many conversations about “up north” as I grew up in Marinette county. My thoughts are with you.

    You will be so missed! I will always cherish these memories: Spending a couple weeks with you and Molly when you lived in Milwaukee and going to the sports show with everyone. At the same time, Molly taking me to Summerfest and the Domes. You took good care of me! Taking the 4 wheelers to “Jurassic Park” and testing out your “Homemade Wine.” What great memories!
