I only knew Otis for about three years, I work with his daughter Rita, but I will never forget his generosity in allowing me a warm place to do a little work on my car when he offered his heated garage to me. He even came out and helped me and handed me wrenches and held the light! What a great guy! I know he will be missed by many and I’m certain he left his excellent mark on the world through his friends and family. My heart and my prayers go out to Rita, Tina, and Linda and of course the rest of Otis’s family in this difficult time.
