Louise F. Legault, age 86, of Gladstone, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Murray’s Country View in Gladstone.

Louise was born October 10, 1935, in Escanaba, MI the daughter of Louis and Mary (Seronko) Burcar.

Louise was united in marriage to Philip “Tippy” Legault on August 24, 1957 in Gladstone. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2000.

She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, Gladstone Golf Club for over 30 years and the Escanaba Country Club. She was a club President for Children Welfare. Louise was a member of the Gladstone Senior Center where she enjoyed playing 500. She also enjoyed playing Bridge in the Gladstone Marathon. She was an avid Packer fan and loved to cook and bake.

Louise is survived by:
3 Sons: Jim (Vicki) Legault of Gladstone, MI
Mark (Lisa) Legault of Royal Oak, MI
Tom (Kim) Legault of Northville, MI
Daughter: Pamela (Scott) Villeneuve of Bay City, MI
Sister: Pam (George) Balian Los Angeles, CA

6 Grandchildren
And numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins

In addition to her Husband and Parents, Louise is preceded in death by:
Sisters: Gloria Gereau and Angie Gurga

Family will receive friends on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 PM at the All Saints Catholic Church. Louise will be laid to rest next to her Husband in the Holy Cross Cemetery.

    Jim, Mark, Tom and Pam- I’m sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She was a fun lady, ball of energy and a good friend. She made a difference for many people. Good good memories!

    Dear Jim, Mark, Tom and Pam, I was so saddened to hear of your Mom’s passing. I just remember when she welcomed us to GGC 44 years ago, we always had so much fun together and both Art and I will remember her and your Dad.

    My condolences to Jim, Mark, Tom and your families. Lots of memories playing that baseball game with you guys at her kitchen table growing up, I remember she used to call me her son-of-a-gun. She was a great lady, always so cheerful. Take care guys, miss you all.
