Leah M. Olson, age 80, of 8161 Garth Point Lane, Rapid River, MI, passed away Friday afternoon September 6, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her family following a lengthy illness.
Leah was born October 27, 1932 in Wells, MI. She was the daughter of Alphonse and Marie (Thomas) Gardner. Leah was united in marriage to Donald Olson on December 2, 1950 in Green Bay, WI. They resided in Escanaba until 1955 when they moved to Wells to raise their four children. They resided in Wells until 1991 when they moved to their current home on Garth Point Lane.
Leah was an excellent cook and her family
