Larry Houlton, age 60, of 7946 Garth Point Lane, Rapid River, passed away Friday morning July 27, 2012 at home following a lengthy illness.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced by the Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Escanaba and Gladstone.

    Our neighborhood will miss Larry. My condolences to Steve, Mike, the grandchildren, Judy and all of Larry’s relatives who made the long trek to visit and comfort him during his illness.

    Larry come this fall I’m going to be thinking about you. I’m going to miss talking to you about hunting and politics. You’re a great man and will be missed by many. Thank you for the memories.
