Back in 1968, at Big Bay de Noc School, I had Mr Marvic for my 8th grade Math teacher. Although he had to deal with a classroom full of all girls, giggling, talking at times, etc., he was always calm and presented his lessons well. My thoughts and prayers go to you, Mr Marvic’s family, and I will always remember him with fondness.

I have great respect for any teacher. Mr. Marvic taught children in Lansing, Green Bay, Escanaba Jr. High, St. Thomas in Esky, and Bay de Noc. Hope all his former students will say a prayer for the repose of his soul.
