Harold C. Duncan, age 91, lifelong resident of Escanaba, passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 31, 2013, at the Pine Haven Rest Home in Gladstone.
Harold was born March 18, 1922, in Escanaba, the son of Charles K. and Christine (Dishna) Duncan. He was raised in Escanaba and attended the Escanaba schools. Following school, Harold served for 4 years in the United States Army. On February 9, 1948, Harold was united in marriage to the former Elaine June Rouse, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, and together the couple made their home and spent their entire lives together, in Escanaba. Harold was employed for the City of Escanaba, in the sanitation department, for an impressive 40 years. His loving wife Elaine preceded him in death on May 12, 2009.

Also surviving are many nieces, nephew and cousins.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Christine, wife, Elaine, 4 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
