Gordon C. Peterson, age 96, of Gladstone passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at the St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The Peterson family is being assisted by the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone.

My heart dropped when I heard that your dad passed away. I know that you will miss him dearly. I also know that you will find peace in knowing that he is in heaven above with his Janie. Everyone who knew your parents couldn’t picture one without the other. They were everyones favorite couple. They brought so many smiles to so many people. Life in Gladstone will never be quite the same without seeing Gordy & Janie Peterson taking their walk around town. You were blessed to have such loving parents. I feel lucky to have known them. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Great guy. I worked with Gordy at EMP at the end of Gordy’s working career. Everyone loved Gordy and I mean everyone. I hadn’t seen him in years and often wondered how he was doing. Good to see he lived many years after retirement although I was still saddened to hear about his passing. Rest in peace Gordy.
