I was so sorry to hear about Gary’s passing. I went to Gillett HS and graduated with Gary. We haven’t communicated since then, until we found each other on Facebook [thru Dale Lintner]. I know how hard this is, but things will get better. [I know this only too well as my husband died almost 7 years ago.] May God give you peace and good memories give you comfort.

I only met Gary thru his work when he would come to St Thomas parish every year. A nice, quiet, friendly man. I will miss seeing him.

May God be with you and help all of you who loved Gary as a father, husband, and dear friend. I guess it is best we don’t know when or how God will choose to call us to Him. Jerome and I would like Kathryn to know that we share the same wedding anniversary, May 23rd. We will now think of you both on that day also. We regret not being able to attend the funeral as both of us work. We are thinking of all of you and are praying for you to remember the wonderful days you spent with Gary and know that someday you will see him again. We need to remember that to help us through this difficult time.

I remember Gary well from Gillett High School. He was a couple of years ahead of me in school. He married my cousin Dawn so I was able to meet him at many family doings. He will be missed and I send my deepest condolences to his family.

I knew Gary through his friend and co-worker Greg Rudden. I always enjoyed their banter on the phone, his goofy jokes during visits, and his smile. I knew it was Gary on the other end of the phone because their conversations would always start the same way, with Gary saying, “Who’s your daddy?” and Greg responding, “Who’s yours?” and they would both laugh. He was loved by his co-workers and will be missed by, especially by Greg, who gave him the nickname “Big Daddy”. They worked together for many years, and he has many fond memories and stories. May your own fond memories bring you comfort at this difficult time.
