Mrs. Freddie L. Ingebrigtsen,age 61,of 6041 Days River 24.5 Road,Gladstone, MI passed away Friday afternoon July 13,2012 at home following a lengthy illness with cancer.

Freddie was born November 4,1950 in Racine,WI the daughter of Fredrick M. and Shirley M. (Kanyuh) Leighton. She was raised in Racine where she graduated in 1968 from Horlick High School. Following graduation,Freddie attended the Racine Beauty School.

Freddie was united in marriage to Dwayne Ingebrigtsen on November 8, 1969 in Escanaba,MI. They resided in Germany,Texas,Alaska and Alabama while Dwayne finished his military career. Following Dwayne

    So sorry for your loss. Freddie was such a wonderful lady, I have great memories of her cooking and baking. And she was always willing to teach us something new if we would’ve sat still. I know she will be missed by many.

    We are sorry for your loss, I always heard nothing but wonderful things about Mrs Freddie, I had the privilege and honor of meeting her. I know she’s in good hands now, walking the streets of gold with GOD. We will continue to pray for your family.

    Freddie is one of the first members of the East Ludington Gallery 32 years ago. She wove beautiful pieces & was a very well liked member. She will be missed & we know she is weaving still.
