Edward Allen King, age 60, of Gladstone (Escanaba Twp.) passed away on Monday at St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba. Edward was born in 1948 in Delta County to Edward and Bertha (Nyberg) King.
Edward survivors include:

4 Sons- James (Jennifer) Valiquette of Escanaba, Edward (Tori) King of Cornell, Erik (Sheena) King of Republic, Jesse King of Gladstone

1 Daughter-Estelle (Josh) Caswell of Marquette

5 Brothers- Glenn (Joan) King of Ill., Perry (Leslie) King of Rapid River, Randy (Mary) King of Escanaba, David King of Escanaba, Billy King of Trenary

14 Grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Other survivors include:

Judy Minkin of Marquette, Richard and Mary Krouth of Perkins, Pete (Charmaine) Ellis of Marquette, Pam St. Cyr of Norfolk, VA, Rose Young of Louisiana, Anson and Connie Visnaw of Escanaba, Vern and Arlene (Visnaw) Hawley of Montana

In addion to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Willie Valiquette.

Visitation and services were held on Thursday afternoon at the Skradski Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rapid River Cemetery.
