David H. Neff, age 70, of 212 South 13th Street, Escanaba, passed away Tuesday October 29, 2013 at home.
David was born August 13, 1943 in Escanaba the son of Harold and Amelia (Lucic) Neff.
David is survived by his uncle, Adolph Lusic of Hartford, WI, brother of Amelia (Lusic) Neff; David’s cousins (Adolph’s four children), Linda (Lusic) Kraus, of Menomonee Falls, WI; Jerry and Michael Lusic of Lakeville, MN; and Ronald Lusic of Punta Gorda, FL. His cousin, Jan Blair of Claremont, CA. also survives him.
His parents preceded David in death.

I did not know David very well. He was my neighbor for a couple of months. The little that I did know about him was that I noticed he was a Green bay Packer Fan. I did grill outside our building only a couple of times with him. He really seemed to be alone. I really hope that he had someone in his life that was very special. Although I didn’t know him very well, I did pray for him. I hope he is in a good place now

although I only knew Mr .Neff from lakestates he always made sure he said hello to me, always would offer to share what ever snack he had at the time. he did have some very interesting stories to tell about his life. I know he was very saddened when he lost his mother. I only hope that he is at peace now….god bless.
