“Momma Pat”, Beth, Diane, Nancy and Dan,
Despite being a Bear fan, what a good guy! When we first used to come over, we were all alittle intimidated by Cliff, but came to realize he was just a teddy bear! I’m sure the love surrounding him carried him from your arms to God’s.
    God bless you all.

I have so many fond memories of my grandpa. I remember when I was little you took me go see Star Wars, and just like you I became a fanatic for it. I also remember my favorite bonding time we had together when you taught me how to fish and catch the little perch out in the lake. Then after we fished I remember you would take me to go swim and play on the jungle gym. And I will always remember this last memory, when we would trick the squirles in your backyard into a trap with the crunchy peanut butter so they wouldn’t harm your garden. But above all, I love you and i will always remember you grandpa. Grandma I love you and I am thinking of you.

Dear Grandma and the rest of the clan,
In life memories are often made so that one day we can sit and reminisce about the good ole days with family and friends. What I can remember most are those summer trips that the Smedley family used to make up to Michigan every year. The summer often included fishing on the dock, attending the Fourth of July Parade and Festivities, going to the beach, and how could I forget the competitive baseball games in the back yard. Grandpa will greatly be missed.
