I am so sorry for your loss. I am going to miss her so much. She was the spark in my day. I am the girl that fixed her hair while she was in Pinecrest. Always a smile and a giggle. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. When I heard she had passed I cried. She was a great person.
I was hoping to get to the funeral but the timing does not work. Cecile will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Fillion family. Our deepest sympathy in the loss of your mother. She was a sweet lady and all the years living across the alley from each other she was always very kind. God bless your extended family in this time of loss.
