Cappy was a wonderful man and my childhood idol. He was my favorite of all my cousins, and although we went different ways several years ago, he has always had a special place in my heart and prayers. Unfortunately, I was in Germany helping our daughter while her husband was deployed and not only didn’t know about his passing until later My condolences to his family and Harriet and you can be sure that he will continue to be in our prayers.

While I did not know Mr. Bartley, I know from my interaction with Cathy and Greg that he instilled in them a profound sense of fairness and integrity. This is a great gift for anyone to achieve in a lifetime, and I hope that the many memories of his presence in their life gives them solace as they contemplate continuing their life journey without him.
May they be reunited in the Lord’s Kingdom.
