Webber used to live next to my buddy towards the end of Ludington Street. She was super nice and always smiling and joking. She was a pleasure to know and visit with and this news has had me thinking about her the last few days. I hope everything is going as well as can be for the family right now.

She was special in her own way and will be missed.
