    To Alice’s Family,
You probably don’t know who I am, my name is Chris Cook, and I managed the McDonald’s in Walmart when Alice was working there.

I was very saddened when I learned of Alice’s passing. I hope she went peacefully to her spot in heaven. She always had a talent for making me chuckle, we seemed to be on the same humor page. She was truely one of the nicest, most gentle people I ever knew. I will miss her and her lovely smile.

My sympathy goes out to your entire family. You will not know me but I sat across from your mom, Alice and your dad at Bingo at the Eagles for a very long time. Alice was a very caring person. She always asked me about how I was doing and how my family was. She showed a heartfelt interest in me. She was a dear woman and I looked forward to seeing her at Bingo each week. I took ill awhile back and when I was able to return to Bingo your mom and dad weren’t there. I asked around but know one ever gave me a reason why they weren’t there. I am so sorry to hear about her cancer. She so worried about your dad, I never thought she would have been the one to go first. I just wanted to pass on my deepest sympathy to you and just let you know how dear a woman Alice was. Thank you for your time. She will be missed.

    Dear Norman Family,

I am so sad to hear of Alice’s passing as I loved her dearly. Blake and I moved to Bemidji one year ago and I was secretary at Grace Baptist prior to our move.

Alice and I loved to chat and we had a special bond as she and I, along with Marv and Blake became members of the church at the same time. Alice knew she could call me at the church and ask for prayer anytime. She would pray for me when I was in need and I truly appreciated the love she showed for others. She was a quiet woman, humble in many ways and never brought attention to herself. I will miss her very much.

Much Love and Many Blessings to you Marv and know that we are thinking about you.

Alice was a great friend to my Mother,Eileen Lee. She was always there during our growing up years in Rock and Rapid River. She was as constant as a cup of coffee. I was very greatful that she had the opportunity to visit my mom before she passed, and I wish I could have done the same. I am sure she will be greatly missed; but many on the other side greated her with open arms. Some have been waiting a very long time. Please remember that Gods plan is that we shall all be together in his heaven. I will see you late Wednesday. Peace and love to you all.
