William Edward Taylor was born in New York City on January 20, 1928, and joined his loving wife Charlotte in death on August 25th, 2016.
His parents raised three children in Manhattan, the twins William and Arthur and their younger sister Kathryn. His mother, Grexan Jones Taylor, was a registered nurse and his father, Gordon Taylor, was a physics professor at City College of New York (now City University).
