Thomas Clarence Coppock, age 37, of Gladstone passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Tom was born July 23, 1987 in Escanaba, the son of Joseph Coppock and Lisa Davis. Tom worked with his dad for 20 years as a drywaller. He was an amazing guitar player, loved to ride dirt bikes, work on vehicles, fishing, playing video games and Dungeons and Dragons. He loved his kids and animals and was a proud Uncle. Tom was known for always wearing one of his crazy cat shirts. He always had a smile on his face and loved to help others and make people happy. His gentle soul and big heart will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Tom is survived by his wife, Keisha Coppock of Gladstone, children, Jesse, Jenessa and Jameson Fox, father, Joseph (Michele) Coppock of Stonington, Lisa (James) Shope of Bark River, brother, Tyler (Agnieszka) Coppock of Rapid River, sister, Amanda (Russell) Sargent of Gladstone, step-brother, Hunter Shope, nieces and nephews, Victoria and Raylan Coppock and Jameson and Roezalyn Sargent and his pets, Flash, Hank, Harlow and Dutchess.

Tom is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Fred and Jackie Coppock and maternal grandpa, Mike Davis, cousin, Jesse Bauer, uncle Rich Bourdeau and loving dog, Lou.

Funeral services will be Sunday, November 17 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Funeral services will follow visiting hours at 1:00 PM. A luncheon will follow at the Rapid River American Legion. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Coppock family.

    So sorry for your loss Keisha and kids. We love yous all and are glad we got to know Tom at our grandkids party’s and also when we all seen each other in the summer down by kids kingdom. Tom was a very kid person with a big heart. His love for you and the kids was evident in his smile and the way he looked at you. Please know yous are all in our prayers as you deal with this huge loss. Love yous all!

    I had known Tom since he was four years old! He and my son were the best of friends. He was someone that I loved to come over to hang out with my Son. He was such a warm and special young man! He always had a smile and a gentle spirit… Thomas God welcome you!! You have earned a special place…. You will be missed!
