Tom was a credit to the U.S. Forest Service, and his law enforcement efforts were appreciated greatly in our community. During my time with U.P.S.E.T. and the Manistique State Police I always looked forward to opportunities to work with Tom. His expertise and equipment assisted us in conducting many successful investigations. He will be missed as a fellow law enforcemnt officer and as a friend.

I was so sad to see this obituary in our local newspaper.I had to check out this website to see if it was “our” Tom from my highschool class. I sat by him in a lot of classes, and he was always making me laugh. I’m so sorry to see that he has passed away, and my thoughts and prayers are with you, Deb, and your family.
