Terry Paulin, age 83, of Gladstone passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba.
Terry was born June 9, 1940 in Escanaba, the son of Gordon and Bernice (St. Peter) Paulin. He graduated from the Escanaba High School in 1958. He was united in marriage to Gloria Honkonen on October 3, 1959 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Perkins. Terry worked for the Harnischfeger Corporation for 8 years until they relocated and for the Mead Paper Corporation for 32 years, retiring in 2000. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, ice fishing and taxidermy. Terry also completed the restoration of a 1941 Ford Coupe from a pile of parts and pieces. He often participated in the Krussin Klassics, car shows and parades.
Terry is survived by his wife, Gloria and sister, Carol (Bill) Stenger.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gary, his parents and his brother, Dale.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 27 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 PM at All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. Terry will be laid to rest in the Gardens of Rest Cemetery.

So very sorry to read of Terry’s passing. I knew TERRY because I was good friends with Carol. I spent a lot of time at their house and I always thought Terry was such a great big brother. My condolences to Gloria and the family. And to you Carol. My thoughts are with you all.
