Although I did not know Scott, I had Jill as a student and Mary helps me out with my insurance every year, so I do want to extend my condolences to both of them and the whole Gerou family. I will be working out of town this week and will not be able to extend my sympathy in person. I do have all of you in my thoughts and prayers as you face this difficult time.

Jill & family……When Jill called me with the news, she had on a brave face. I hope that being home will provide her the courage to continue on and strength one needs after losing a loved one at such a young age.
Jill, you know to call me if you need anything once you get back from the UP.
My deepest sympathies to Jill and her whole family.
