Skip, you have completed your journey in this life.I know how hard your last years were but I have comfort in the fact that you have now found peace. We all have wonderful memories of the good times we had when you all were vacationing here in Texas. My prayers are with you.

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar
When I put out to sea,
But such tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho’ from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have cross’d the bar.
With our deepest sympathy,

Dear Donna & family, Skip & my brother Wayne were very good friends…they would do muskrat trapping & Skip would sit down to a hot breakfast with our family,we were neighbors altho I was 5 years younger. I married my brothers other friend Tom,but before that Skip enjoyed giving me quizes after I started nurses training.I heard from a friend that he’d been ill. & now I send my deepest sympathy and prayers.
