The Lord is my pilot, I shall not drift.

He lighteth me across the dark waters,

He steereth me in the deep channels.

    He keepeth my log book.

He guideth me by the star of holiness for His namesake.

Yea though I sail midst the thunders and tempests of life,

I shall dread not danger, for Thou art near me.

Thy love and care, they shelter me.

Thou preparest a harbor before me in the homeland of eternity.

Thou anointest the waves with oil, my ship rideth calmly.

Surely sunlight and starlight shall favor me on the voyage I take,

And I will rest in the port of my God forever.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. No one has ever done a better job of taking his oath seriously to serve the public. Bob was one of the most pleasant individuals I have had the privilege to meet while working for one of the Automotive suppliers in Escanaba. When you think of how an officer of the law should be, you only had to look to Bob as an example of the highest character. Thanks to you and your family for your sacrifice to serve!
