Frank was as wonderful a person as we could even imagine. Such a kind, gentle, understanding, and loving soul. All of us who have known Frank are much the richer for it. Not only was he a great pastor in his church, but he was a pastor to all of us at Memorial. Needless to say, he will be sorely missed. But his Spirit will continue to enrich us always. God Bless his life!

What a pleasure to know and learn from Frank. He shared his knowledge of his faith besides the material things that were his. I loved to listen to him play those John Wesley hymns–he loved every note and word! We are surely going to miss him at Memorial. My prayers and thoughts are with the family. Frank, you lived your faith–let us all follow your example. You are home.

Pastor Block will always be in my church memory bank. He was my pastor in Seymour starting at the age of 3. He was a wonderful God loving man always there when you needed him. My heart goes out to his family as I grew up with them as well.I will always remember him for his love of music and musical abilities, that were amazing. I know that God will bless him and take care of him in Heaven.

Sending our deepest sympathies to the family of Rev Block. As members of the United Methodist Church in Seymour our family has many wonderful memories of Rev Block. He was there for our families baptisms, weddings and funerals and he presided over these events with a true love of God in his heart. We take great comfort in knowing that heaven has gained a beautiful soul. God bless! Lisa, I just learned, yesterday, of your father’s passing while attending my uncle’s funeral in Oshkosh who, by the way, was also a United Methodist pastor. I extend my sincere sympathies to you, your mother and your brothers. I hope that you are well.
