One Tribute for “Raymond Walker”

Dear Carol and Evelyn, I was saddened to hear of Raymond’s passing this week. I often remember (and laugh at) the way we met. I went to the front door of your parents’ house and asked if Bruce or Gladys were at home, and he said ‘no’. I asked him to tell them that their niece Elizabeth came by to say hello. He smiled, said “Sure!” and as I was walking down the steps, he said “Wait! That means we’re cousins!”. His razor-sharp intellect, his dry-pan wit… his dedication and protective nature for those he held close… May his memory be for a blessing.
