Raymond J. Boudreau, 82, of Escanaba died peacefully on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Christian Park Village in Escanaba where he had resided for the past six months.

    My heart goes out to you, Joan, and to my good friend Dennis, and the whole Boudreau family. I will be “with” you long distance as you celebrate Ray’s life at the funeral Mass. I remember Ray as such a faith-filled and good man. He accepted leadership of our fledgling charismatic prayer group when Holy Name High closed and I was sent to Marshflield, WI, after only 1 year in Escanaba. Ray was devoted to God and to serving others. Though we will miss him, he is even closer now that he is fully experiencing God’s love. Watch for sweet signs of his ongoing love and care. They will surely come.

    Dennis, Shirley, Julie, Denise and Becky, My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of sadness. May our Father in Heaven give peace to you all.
