Quinton L. Way, age 71, of Escanaba passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Christian Park Health Care Center in Escanaba.
Quinton was born April 21, 1950 in Manistique, Michigan, the son of Alburn and Virginia (Cripps) Way. He was united in marriage to Andrea Mae Groleau in Escanaba on February 5, 1979. He worked for Mead Paper for many years and with his uncle on the ore boats. Quinton attended the Lakeside Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and camping.
Quinton is survived by his wife, Andrea, his sons, Joseph (Donna), Cory (Holly) and Jason (Beth) Way, his daughter, Tina Peterson, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, his brothers, Phillip Way, Roger, Allan, Edward and Cecil McMillian and Harold Brazeau, his sisters, Lorri Ann Germain, Donna Brunette, Kay Lynn Brazeau and Linda Tryan and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Clyde and John McMillian.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 23 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Skradski Family Funeral Home in Escanaba. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ryan Gilroy officiating.
