0 Tributes for “Peter Hillman

Pete was a great friend and person. I will always remember the special time he, Munch, & me spent together in Canada when they helped me build my house. Those were wonderful times working, playing, & sitting around the camp fire at night being regaled & entertained by Munch’s & Pete’sendless stories and jokes. I never ever remember having i disagreement or argument with Pete the entire 35 years (approx)I knew him. I will always have positive and fond memories of Pete. I know he has now passed on to a much higher place and can now rest in peace.
Please accept my deepest heartfelt sympathy on your great loss. He was a true friend to me.

    Dear Kathy & Tyler,

Your loss of a really Good man shocked me, as I had not seen Pete in many, many years. We all will see him again, along with all our loved ones who have passed. That gives us strength to go on. Hold him tight in your heart. He’s now you & Tyler’s protector. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers are with you.

Kathy and Tyler, as a niece and cousin, I would like to say how sorry I am to hear about Uncle Pete. I remember baby-sitting tyler when I used to stay at Grandma and Grandpa’s house each summer. Your old dog Blue, playing in the kiddie pool with Tyler and going to the park down the street. Even though I didnt get to see all of you very much in the past several years, I will always remember the fun times. I know Uncle Pete is being taken care of by God.

I just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear about Pete. I have not seen him for years but always enjoyed time spent with Pete and Kathy. I am sure that he had a difficult time the last year or so. I was unaware of his cancer until about 3 months ago. My sincere sympathy to Jack, Sally, John, Mike and especially Kathy and Tyler. I would certainly be there if I was in town.

You were a great man Pete.

I have been remembering all the fun times we had growing up in GM. Walking to Au Sable Lake, sliding down the Sand Hill, playing baseball in the vacant yard across from the house,, going smelting. Time passes so quickly. You will be missed. Love always. Susie

Dearest Kathy, Tyler & Family – We are tremendously saddened to hear of cousin Pete’s death. We know only too well the toll that living with cancer can take but, we take great comfort in knowing that he is now free from pain and is at peace. We will remember the wonderful days at camp, the family gatherings and just plain being together. You all continue to be in our prayers.
