Butch, So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She was a favorite aunt of mine but lost track of her over the years. She had a long life. My deepest sympathy to you and your wife.

I am very sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. No one wants to happen this as God has promised to, one day soon, eliminate death forever, along with all sickness, pain, and sorrow. (Rev.21:4) He has also promised to reunite us with our loved ones on a restored paradise earth. The Bible says he yearns to do this. (John 5:28,29; Job 14:14,15) I hope these scriptures will bring comfort to each of you as we will meet Pauline again soon.

My great grandma was the sweetest. I still have the clothes she sewed my dolls, my handmade baby blankets, and am so lucky to have a beautiful quilt she made. She loved to talk about ancestry and was a wealth of knowledge for anyone who asked about our family tree. A few lovely things that will remind me of her are, paper dolls, African violets, peeling apples, and picking blueberries. I will never forget her. Love always from her “hillbilly”
