I have so many fond memories of Nancy. She and Gretchen made my beautiful bridesmaid dresses and my headpiece. Though I didn’t see her often, I loved her and thought so highly of her. She had so many talents and shared them freely. We will miss her beautiful spirit on this earth. Prayers going out to the Fase family. Much Love to you all.

What a classy lady. I can still hear her say when cooking for J.O.Y. “cut that celery smaller” I hate big celery” and then she would smile–She had so so many talents and was so willing to share them with anyone who ask. I have learned so many things from Nancy and will keep them close to my heart forever. I am sure that your hearts are empty but as the days, weeks, and years pass those memories will help heal those feelings. All of you will remain in my thoughts and prayers. We will all miss that wonderful lady, the mom, wife, grandma and friend. Let God hold all of you in his hands. Feel his peace. Nancy is watching and smiling upon us always. My sympathies are with you.

I was thinking today about how pretty it was in the UP last fall when I last got to visit with Nancy. Over the years we’ve been together now and then at Summers family times. I enjoyed knowing and visiting with Nancy and looked forward to seeing her, her various projects, hearing about the family, and just sharing. She was fun to know, and I’m glad our paths crossed. I’m also glad that earthly good-byes aren’t eternal good-byes. Faith and family join us; cu later, Nancy.
