Maxine Annette Gelina, 72, of Escanaba, passed away Monday February 15, 2016 at her residence in Escanaba.
Maxine was born May 18, 1943 in Escanaba the daughter of Chester and Mildred (Beck) Marrier. Maxine previously worked as a secretary/office manager for Marquette University while living in Milwaukee.
Maxine graduated from Escanaba High School. Shortly after graduation she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During her time in Milwaukee she had been employed at Marquette University, met and wedded her former husband Leo, and raised her only child Michael Gelina. Maxine returned back to her hometown of Escanaba in 1979 where she would spend the remainder of her life. Maxine
