Barb,Jerry and families,I was so sorry upon hearing of your mom’s passing. I saw her often at Wal-Mart and we had some good visits. One I really enjoyed was when she told me that Bartly Bittner had asked her why she didn’t remarry after Joe died and she said that when she died and went to Heaven she didn’t want to worry about who to choose, Joe or the other guy, when she got there.I think your Dad was her one true love and I’m sure they are having a wonderful reunion in Heaven. Bless them both and your family.

My Sympathy to the Family of Mrs. Stemick,
Your Mom was my CCD teacher when I was young and she made a very deep and lasting impression on me to know, love, and serve Jesus. I have remembered her teaching so often in my life and I so very much appreciate her love and commitment to our Catholic faith. Because of your Mom, I have followed in her footsteps, I also am a CCD teacher. God’s Grace to all her family. You are in my thoughts and prayers,

Mary’s house was the half way mark on my walk around the neighborhood, with my daughter Stacey. Mary always invited us in for cookies & we spent hours talking in her kitchen or outside on her porch. Through her, I feel I know all of you, her family, whom she loved dearly. I shall miss my neighbor & our visits. I hope there are no leaves in heaven!

    Barb, Jerry and families,
So sorry to read of the loss of your Mom. I have so many memories as a little kid growing up by your family. I remember your Mom so well and always enjoyed playing at your home. We were all like one big family back then. I know you will all miss her greatly but have peace in knowing she will be with your Dad, making up for all those lost years. God Bless!

I met Gramma Mary through the Bonistalls. Kept up with her life when we’d see each other in Walmart–usually several times in a summer. We’d have nice long chats. She was always enthusiastic about her family. This summer she told me about her new great grandchild. She was a good friend.

Oh how I will miss my visits with your Mom, my Godmother! She was so full of life until recently. Even our last visit a little more than a week ago was great. She is with her beloved Joe whom we know she missed dearly. May they be dancing to polkas every day!
