Sorry to hear of Moose’s passing. He was a classmate and fellow football player on our team in Negaunee. He was always good for a laugh and an all around nice guy. May your fond memories of him sustain you now and in the future.
Dear Linda & Family: We were sorry to hear about the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. We didn’t know him but it seems like he made the best of his life and has left you with many fond memories. May they help sustain you through your grief in the times ahead.
As a fellow NHS classmate I also remember Moose for his friendliness and sense of humor. He was an old friend and fellow Miner. My sympathy to all of his family and friends. May peace be with you all.
Very sorry to hear of Moose’s passing so shortly after my own dad passed away — we all know they are up there making GREAT fishing poles & having an awesome time together along with so many others that were touched by such a good man from our family to yours we send prayers and condolences.
Moose (Junior as we knew him then) and I grew up together in Bellevue Location. He was always a pretty big boy. We did a lot of things together which of course one was fishing. Moose even invited me to go fishing with him and his father to some great places in the U.P. Moose and I were business partners selling night crawlers out of his home when we were about 12 years old. Thank you Moose for the good memories you gave me growing up in Bellevue. Rest in peace.Wally Etelamaki
Hello Linda and family. We were all saddened to hear of our good friend Moose’s passing. Our great memories of “Moose” go back many years. He was a mentor and taught us a lot about chasing those “steelies.” Our first lesson was we all needed a “Moose” fly rod. His friendship over the years has meant a lot to us. He will be missed by all who met him and his wonderful family. We are all better sportsmen for knowing “Moose.” You and your family will be in our hearts and prayers for a long time. Rest in peace friend. The rainbow warriors, Ronnie Laitinan, Chuck Sundberg, Raymond Foor and Lani Duquette
