Heidi, Dale and family, We are so sorry about your mom. She was a spunky lady and will be missed by so many. We will keep you all in our thoughts and wish you comfort during this time of loss. Terri and Rich Jackovich
What a class act she was, so beautiful and such a loving person. I had the pleasure of working with DeDe and it was an honor to have her as an employee. Will miss her dearly, RIP my friend.
Dear Heidi and family, Just heard from MaryBeth your Mom had passed away. I am so sad. I know she would feel like she was in a better place. She was such a neat lady. You would never guess her age as she was so full of it. My very deepest sympathy to you. Loved that lady.
So sorry for your loss! I had the pleasure of working with DeDe at the Vogue when I first moved to Escanaba in the late 70’s. One of my memories is when my husband (boyfriend at the time) were at the Drive In & DeDe came knocking on the car window that her projectionist didn’t show up & asked George if he could run it, & he did! Always fun & classy, young spirit, you will be missed but never forgotten!
Dear Diane and Heidi, I have fond memories of your mom. She used to help my mom make Christmas decorations every Holiday Season. When she walked into our front entrance; she arrived with a joyful heart and a bright smile. In my eyes; there wasn’t much that your mom couldn’t do. In later years, I used to love seeing her out on her daily walks. Her attitude was as cheerful as her pink and bright yellow sweaters and matching tennis shoes! Your mom will always be remembered as someone who made the world a brighter place. I am so sorry for your loss. Minneapolis Avenue will never be quite the same (without seeing your mom coming and going).
Dearest Heidi and family. I was so sorry to read your mother had passed. She was still beautiful. I remember always taking my mom to the Vogue and enjoyed their chit-chats. I haven’t seen you for so long and promise a long over-due stop to see you. I’ll be thinking of you during this time.
Love,
Susie Coplan
