Mom, I will miss you much and will always have the great memories to reflect on. Perch fishing with you and John, the annual barbecue, the great meals you made for Chris and I every fall visit, our chats while smoking in the garage, yelling “LOVE YOU” into Sherri’s phone while she spoke with you.
    Sigh…what a life, what a life.
    LOVE YOU!

Could never leave Grandma’s house without gaining about 10 lbs. “Eat” she would say, “you need to eat”, and after being stuffed beyond belief she would say “get some more.” Could never get enough of her rhubarb jam! Didn’t care much for the beets though, but I’m inclined to believe that I will miss them beets forever. And I hope she left me some of her coleslaw, the best coleslaw you ever tasted in your life!
