Margaret Beth Robinson, of Gladstone, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning April 18, 2015 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Visitation will be held at Skradski Family Funeral Home in Gladstone, Michigan on Tuesday April 21, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at Memorial United Methodist Church on Wednesday at 10:00 AM with Pastor Elizabeth Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Rest Cemetery located in Wells, Michigan. Luncheon will follow in Smith Hall at the Memorial United Methodist Church. Beth was born and raised in Gladstone to Billie and Tony Marmalick on January 26, 1965. She attended high school at Gladstone Area High School and graduated in 1983. She went on to earn her degree in accounting from Lake Superior State University. Beth enjoyed traveling and vacationing with her husband, spending time with her children and grandchildren and was an avid Star Wars fan.

Beth is preceded in death by her father Tony and brother Jim Marmalick.

Beth is survived by her mother Billie Marmalick; husband Jay Robinson; daughter Jill (Aaron) Tice; son Jeff (Greta) Robinson; three granddaughters Elise Robinson, Carys Robinson and Madison Tice; two sisters, Jeannie Johnson and Toni Jo Marchese; and two brothers Bill (Pauline) and Tim Marmalick.

    My prayers are with you all during this very sad time. I remember Beth well from Church and became good friends with Jill in Youth Group. She will be so missed. But heaven gained another angel. God bless your family.

    So sad to hear the news about Beth’s passing. She was the best property accountant that Glatfelter ever had. May Beth rest in peace.

    Beth was very passionate and strong-willed about what she believed in and made a lasting impression on anyone that knew her. Her memory will live on in the many lives that she touched.

    Jay, Jill and Jeff, Our prayers are with you all and my heart aches for you old bud. It’s hard but just keep telling yourself, just remember that Beth is in a better place now. My thoughts are with you all.

    When I knew her, Beth had a personality and a smile that sparkled Seeing the photo here makes me think that there are many who must have been lifted in spirit by her presence — even grandchildren! I am sorry that she has left us far too soon as we would measure time. I send my sincerest condolences for the sorrow of the present and heartfelt prayers for the days ahead.

    Craig and I are so saddened to hear of Beth’s passing. We cherish all of the baseball memories we shared with her and your family. She had a heart of gold and will be sorely missed. Our deepest sympathies to all of you in your loss.

    Jay and Family,I am very sorry for your loss. Beth was a beautiful person and will be missed by many. I remember reading a newspaper story in Detroit about a Star Wars collector and surprised when I saw her picture to realize I knew who that was.

    My thoughts and prayers are with Beth’s family. She was so wonderfully funny. She was one of those rare people who could make you laugh whether you wanted too or not. Every time I hear something about Star Wars, I think of her and smile. I miss her.
