Lorraine V. Villeneuve, age 80, of 415 S. 4th Street, Gladstone, MI died Wednesday morning December 8, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba where she was a patient. Lorraine was born April 22, 1924 in Wells, MI the daughter of Joseph and Rose (Pichette) Trombley. She married Milton Villeneuve on March 2, 1946 at St. Anne’s Church in Escanaba and they made their residence in Escanaba. Lorraine was a clerk for many years at the Save-More IGA in Escanaba. Following the death of her husband Milton in 1980, Lorraine moved to Gladstone and was a member of All Saints Church in Gladstone. She enjoyed helping other people and providing rides for her friends at the Manor.
Survivors include:
2 Sons: John (Carol) Villeneuve of Rapid River, Don (Sandy) Villeneuve of Escanaba

1 Daughter: Judi (Jared) Richards of Detroit, MI

7 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, Numerous nieces and nephews

In addition to her parents and husband Milton, she was preceded in death by

3 Sisters, Marie, Dora and Lucille
5 brothers, Arthur, Lloyd, Edward, Russell and Clarence.
Granddaughter: Michelle

Lorraine’s family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at the Skradski Funeral
Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial Services celebrating the life of Lorraine V. Villeneuve will follow at 12:00 noon at All Saints Church in Gladstone with Rev. Arnold Grambow officiating. Luncheon will follow in the church fellowship hall. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
