10 Tributes for “Lois J. (Soderman) Buckland

My condolences to the entire Buckland family. I had known this woman my whole life as she was my mom’s great friend. Our families grew up camping, celebrating holiday and just always being like a big family. she always called me Sassy ( no idea why, lol) She was there just about every time I would go home to visit. Her and Buck always came to my moms and we would visit, eat freshly baked bread and just catch up. Those days are gone now as all have passed away, but I can rest assured they are together playing cards and B.S.ing.
I will miss her as I do Buck. The lifelong memories will be forever in my heart and mind.
RIP Lois, hopefully you are no longer in need of a sweater or a jacket!
    Love always,
    Sassy

My deepest sympathy and love to all of the Buckland’s.

I’m very sorry for your loss of Mom so soon after Dad. I remember spending summers with my Grandma Norine & Grandpa Alvin when I was young… your folks were always so sweet & fun. My Mom passed in Oct so they are all playing cards & hanging out. You’re in my prayers

Having just learned of this,, we want to extend our sincere condolences at the passing of Lois, as well as Buck a few months ago. We were next door neighbors for over 18 years, having moved to NC shortly before Buck’s passing. We were blessed to be able to go over and enjoy talking to them when we were all out working in our yards. So many nice memories of a special couple that we will always have.
