Kyle Lee Palmer, age 24, of Gladstone, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday October 25, 2014.
Kyle was born January 22, 1990, in Portsmouth, VA. He was raised in Gladstone and was a 2008 graduate of Gladstone High School. Kyle served in the Army National Guard until his honorable discharge. He loved to spend time with his family, especially his daughter Katelynn and enjoyed collecting unique gems, as well as, an assortment of additional collections of interest. He also enjoyed playing

I was there when Kyle served with great honor in Afghanistan. We shared the same living quarters, with that came a lot of good laughs and great times. I send my deepest condolences to the family especially Katelynn. I could see so much happiness in your dad when he talked about you. Just know that he loved you very much.

Kyle and I were in the same Math Class in 6th grade and he was the 1st friend I had made after moving back to Gladstone. He was always so friendly and happy to just be doing his own thing I knew Kyle through High school and he was till a grate friend and someone that just loved life. I did end up losing touch with him, and reached out to him a few years ago, but we lost touch again. I am truly sadden that a life such as his is now gone.
I am truly sorry I can not make it up there, to pay my respects to such a great man.
