Kerry Reese was one of my very very best friends in the whole world. We have known each other for around 24 years, he was like family. He would come home to visit his mom and dad and brother Mike and stay at our house, we were inseperable the whole time he was home. Kerry made sure that he kept in contact with his closest friends always, even though he was so far away. He will be missed by so many people. The love Kerry gave and the smile always on his face will forever be cherrished in our hearts. I love ya buddy. I will miss you sooo much.

I have not seen Kerry in years, but have great memories and photographs of growing up with him in Gladstone. I used to pick Kerry up (sometimes wake him up!) on the way to Middle School. He would always share his breakfast with me and we had many a good laugh over peanut butter toast those mornings. He attended most of my birthday parties as a kid and was a good friend through high school, fun to be around, a good man.

    My condolences to his family.

    Sincerely,

Kerry worked with me at Schwartz Siding & Roofing in Green Bay for a couple of years before he became a lead man. We got to know each other pretty well during that time and one of the funniest things that I remember about him was how he warned me every year about his “birthday week!!” He would come in late and quit early every day that week to go golfing, but that was okay because it was his birthday week!! My sympathy goes out to his family – I’ll miss him!!

When I look to the sky, something tells me you’re here with me and you make everything alright. When I feel like I’m lost, something tells me you’re here with me and I can always find my way when you are here.” Once in a lifetime, if we are lucky, we have a freindship with someone that exceeds the definition of freind. Kerry was my someone. From the day we met in Green Bay at Stan and Ollies to the day he was taken from us, we were oil and water. We fought with each other as hard as we fought for each other. We loved each other so deeply. My family and I are blessed to have had a part of Kerrys heart. He most certainly has a part of ours. I miss you and I love you. By the way there Sweetheart, I betcha Toad can still whip your behinder at Tiger Woods! To Kerrys family, our deepest sympathy. As Kerry would say, call if you need a freind…….

Thank you for being you. I’ll miss you until the day I die. ~With Love, Toad

Kerry, I wish I had one more day to tell you what a good friend you have been to me. I wish I would have been with you tell you that. We had a great time wherever we were. Whether it was in Green Bay, Florida, or wherever we ended up. It was a pleasure to have you in my life. I know you would have taken the shirt off your back to help me with whatever I needed. Buddy, i know your time was early in life, but the time you had here was some of the best times in my life. When I see you again I hope to have that ride, shot, and beer with ya. My life would be so differrent without you in it.
    Thank you.

Kerry was one of the only people I knew I could always count on to support and be there for me. He always believed that I could do anything and trusted me as a responsible adult. His beloved girlfriend, Crystal, told me after he passed that he loved me and that he was go proud of the adult I have become. Knowing that makes me feel so good about myself, but as we all know, thats what Kerry does best. I believe everything happens for a reason and when Kerry died he was in one of the happiest times of his life. I truly believe thats how he wants all those he loved to live that way in his absence. So when I think of Kerry, I’m going to smile and say “Get ‘er done!”. He knows what I mean.

You will always be a part of me. You were a friend of all friends. You stuck by my side in good times and in bad. Not sure how we ended up taking different paths down life but I think of you every day. I always looked forward to seeing you again. But now it will be in a different place. You were the best friend anyone could have ever asked for. You were the man with the tan. You will forever be in my heart and with me. Love and Miss you always.

I miss you so much. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you. You were such a great influence in my adolesence and just because I grew up a little bit doesn’t mean that you weren’t my best friend anymore. I wish you were here…

Oh Kerry. I guess it’s time for me to maybe stop being mad at you for leaving me. You promised you never would and you know what? I have it figured out… you’re here. Sometimes I miss you so much I feel like my guts are going to explode. Matt and Elli miss you too. My family is always stunned when out of no where one of my babies says “Kerry was a good man, he will always love us”. I know you touched everyone you met Kerry, in an amazing special way. I miss you. You validate me. I have never been loved like you loved me and I miss you. I hear you when you talk to me and thank you for everything baby. I can’t wait to see you and you better be building me a fat crib!!!!! I love you so much forever and ever!!! Love ~ The Luckiest Girl In The World

Hey Sweetie. You already know this because I can hear you telling me “I told you so”. As much as you loved James Taylor, I would not listen to him or go with you to see him. My bad. I now understand why you loved, appreciated and related to his music. Any doubt that I had about who you are, our friendship and how blessed Smelli, Toad and I were to have you as part of our family, the music you loved most confirms there is nothing to ever question. I miss you and love you. (Ask the Lord if you can make a long distance call. I need to talk to you)

Kerry, I can’t believe it is only days away until your one year anniversary. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you, probably because your mug (picture) looks at me in practically every room of our house. I still yell at you when I walk by. You are sooo missed. I can’t begin to even explain it. I love and miss ya buddy,

I miss you, Kerry. Not one single day goes by that I don’t cry for you and Mike. NOT ONE! On a brighter note, if you and Mike can buy stock in waterproof mascara…do it! Anyone who might read this…tell the people you love that you love them everyday. You never know when that chance could be taken away.
