Dad there was so many things we were supposedt to do. i dont blame anyone but just wish i could have had one more round of golf with you it seemed so quiet like everything would just last forever. I miss you dad and am still waiting for the day i wake up and you are standing beside me and say you have had a bad dream. and I’d say ya but its all over. It is hard to live in a world without a father to show you, you are going in the right direction and tell you when you’re not. I just wish you could see me Dad i know you would be proud of me.
Dad just remember that I love you and will never forget all the great times we have shared and I will cherish forever.

    love your son Matt

I met Keith when I was 16 years old and never thought at the time that I would come to work for him. The thing that stands out most about Keith for me is that his heart was as big as he was. He was always more than willing to help out anyone who needed his help and would have given him the shirt off his back if needed. He will be dearly missed.

My condolences, love, & prayers to the whole family.

I would like to offer my deepest condolences. Although I had not seen Keith in quite some time I still considered us to be good friends. I was very shocked and upset to hear of his passing. When he hired me to work for him I was in great need of a job. I learned a lot from Keith over the years that I was there and I could never repay him for all that he has done for me. Due to my work schedule I was unable to get a way to attend the visitation and I will not be able to make it to the service Thursday. I don’t know if I can do anything for the family but if any one thinks of something I will try to do it, just ask (716 355 5524). My prayers are with you all.

    Sincerely Mike

It came a s a great shock to hear of Kieth’s passing. I respected Kieth’s intuitive ability and business intellect. He will be missed by many. Through good times and bad he had a great tenacity to pursue great things! He was the “IRON HORSE” of IMC.

To all his kids, I send my heartfelt condolences to you and your families. I have known Keith for 28 years through my ex-husband Joe Valencic. I also was in his employ for a bit 11 years ago. He was a friendly and fair man and a good father too. He always smiled and said hi and would talk a bit. I will miss that.
