Dear Family,I was so saddened to learn of Joyce’s passing. My mom was her roommate at The Village and I know she will miss her so much. Our family thought of Joyce as family – she was such a sweet lady. She will be missed so much – especially by mom. My heart is heavy but I know Joyce is at her Eternal Home. All of you are in my prayers.

Joyce (then “Miss Johnson”) was my very much loved First Grade Teacher in Rock. Over the years I’ve been able to thank her a number of times for being an early on influence in the life of this country bumpkin! A beautiful woman has left us and is now more than likely being a kind presence to others in her heavenly abode. God Bless the family of Joyce, who no doubt share even much greater in her departure from earth.

I was so sorry to hear Aunt Joyce died. No one let me know or I would have made plans to try and be there. My sympathies to her family. So sorry for your loss.Cousin Linda (Johnson) Dittburner

To the Family of Joyce Norden: So sorry to hear of Joyce’s passing. She was a wonderful neighbor to my Dad when she was living on Dakota Ave. in Gladstone. She & Dick both were so thoughtful & caring to my parents as they aged. What a testament to being kind & hospitable to ones’s neighbors on earth.

I remember Joyce when I worked at Christian Park, taking care of her Mother, Lillie. She was a gracious lady and will be missed. Condolences to her family.
