John W. Winneroski, age 74, of 408 S. 4th Street, Escanaba, passed peacefully into eternal bliss in the loving arms of his family on the afternoon of Friday, October 30, 2015, at the UP Health System in Marquette, Michigan.
John was born in Sault Ste. Marie, MI on May 15, 1941 to parents John S. and Stella (Jacobson) Winneroski. John lived most of his early years in the Port Huron area returning to live in St. Ignace during the 1950

Words escape me… John was one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever encountered. I met John through Kiwanis Family, although I was in Circle K at the time and attended one of Bayshore Kiwanis meetings. John was a compassionate gentlemen who took great pride in helping serve his community. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
